On Friday 17th September, Spring Common Academy participated in 'Jeans for Genes Day'.  Pupils and staff were encouraged to wear jeans, make donations and purchase cakes to raise money for the 2021 'Jeans for Genes' campaign. We managed to raise an incredible £249.90, and we'd like to thank the pupils and staff that participated and donated money, and all parents who supported the fundraiser and made delicious cakes for our cake sale!

Genetic disorders affect one in 25 children in the UK, and all money raised for the charity goes towards specialist equipment, holidays and medical support.
