Moving On

At Spring Common Academy we work closely with external professionals to ensure a smooth transition for our pupils in Key Stage 4 and Post 16 to further education and social care settings.

Our annual Moving On evening gives parents/carers the opportunity to meet representatives from further education colleges, social care organisations, training/social enterprise providers and support groups from our local area.

We encourage you to download the 'Moving On' booklet from this page for more information, and take some time to review the additional information from some of our partners below. Click on a logo to view their website.

Sean Millar is our local authority Additional Needs Pathway Adviser, who provides knowledge on transition, further education, training and employment is also available for telephone consultations during the Autumn and Spring terms.

If you wish to speak to Sean, or have questions for our Assistant Head Teacher KS4 & Post 16 Caroline Place, then please email using the links below.
